## Description

**Broadpin WE Academy** is our internal training program designed for **recent graduates** who want to start their career in IT. It focuses on developing new talent through structured learning, mentorship, and hands-on experience in **JD Edwards (ERP)**.

You will begin with a **1-month training period** and receive a **full-time permanent (indefinite) contract from day one**. No prior professional experience is required — we are looking for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow.

Throughout the program, you will gain the technical and professional skills needed to start your career as a **Functional Consultant**, while being supported in a collaborative, international, and fast-paced environment.

During the training, you will learn how to use JD Edwards, understand business processes, and work with ERP systems.

As a **Functional Consultant**, you will:

-   Support end users
-   Troubleshoot issues
-   Identify process improvements
-   Implement effective solutions

## Requirements

-   University degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field
-   Upper-intermediate (B2) level of English required
-   Passion for technology and willingness to develop technical skills
-   Strong motivation and commitment to learning and personal growth
-   Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
