**Position Impact:**

The Service Delivery Address Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of service address data that supports network planning, construction, provisioning, and customer service operations. This role performs detailed analysis, validation, and remediation of residential and commercial address records, verifies Right of Entry (ROE) requirements for Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs), and maintains accurate service location information across platforms such as Pitstop and related network inventory systems. The specialist partners closely with Network Planning, OSP, Construction, Sales, Customer Support, and Compliance teams to resolve address discrepancies, support serviceability, and improve data quality through reporting, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. Success in this role requires experience in data quality management, address validation, or telecommunications operations, along with strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

## Requirements

**Qualifications and Experience:**

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship

• Minimum of 18 years of age

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, data quality management, address validation, or a related operations role required

• Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies required

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including filtering, sorting, and basic data analysis required

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment required

• Experience in telecommunications, ISP, or utility industry preferred

• Familiarity with address validation tools such as Smarty (formerly SmartyStreets), USPS CASS, or similar preferred

• Prior experience with field operations systems, ticketing platforms (e.g., OSP ticketing), or GIS tools preferred

• Knowledge of MDU environments, Right of Entry (ROE) processes, or last-mile network construction workflows preferred

• Experience working with CRM or network inventory platforms such as Pitstop, ServiceNow, or similar preferred

• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to ensure operational continuity and address critical business needs

• The ability to effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication

• Bilingual communication skills are considered a plus, particularly when serving diverse communities

Skills:

• Proficient use of MS Office applications including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; teleconferencing applications

• Functional use of common office equipment, computers, and office software

• Ability to distinguish colors and audible tones

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

Address Analysis & Validation

• Conduct systematic review and analysis of all MDU/SFU and business address records in the RACE infrastructure system

• Validate address accuracy against authoritative sources (USPS, Smarty, county records, and field verification)

• Identify and resolve duplicate records, malformed addresses, street name variants, and data inconsistencies

• Classify address records by type (residential MDU, commercial, single-family units, trailer park, greenfield, etc.) and flag anomalies for resolution

ROE (Right of Entry) Verification

• Review each MDU record to determine ROE requirement status using SD Notes

• Maintain and update ROE classification for all MDUs, distinguishing between ROE-required and ROE-free properties

• Coordinate with field operations and legal/compliance teams to track outstanding ROE agreements and escalate unresolved cases

• Flag MDUs pending ROE so construction and service delivery teams have accurate go/no-go visibility

Pitstop System Updates

• Serve as the primary owner of address-related data entry and corrections within the Pitstop platform

• Update service location records promptly when address corrections, reclassifications, or status changes occur

• Ensure all Pitstop records reflect current field conditions, including newly constructed MDU/SFUs, demolished structures, or renumbered addresses

• Generate and review regular data quality reports from Pitstop to proactively identify records requiring attention

Address Correction & Data Remediation

• Research and correct inaccurate or incomplete addresses using field data, Jira tickets, and third-party validation tools

• Initiate and track tickets for addresses flagged as duplicates or requiring physical field verification

• Maintain a remediation log documenting all address changes, source of correction, and resolution date

• Partner with the OSP and Network Planning teams to validate Smarty Network Location data against physical MDU/SFU records

• Group, ungroup MDUs based on build strategy

• Verify and update “wrapper address” to reflect MDU’s main location

Reporting & Cross-Functional Support

• Produce regular address data quality reports segmented by city, MDU type, ROE status, and correction priority

• Support the Network Planning and Greenfield Construction teams with accurate address inventories for new build planning

• Assist Sales and Customer Support teams in resolving service address mismatches that affect order processing or provisioning (Service request tickets)

• Participate in ongoing data governance initiatives and recommend process improvements to reduce address errors at intake
