## Description

Radiant Hospitality is partnering with a Riyadh-based hospitality investment group to appoint a Restaurant Manager for a premium lifestyle restaurant in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is the senior front-of-house role on site, owning the guest experience, the service team and the day-to-day running of the dining room.

The restaurant is the Riyadh home of an internationally recognised, design-led dining brand with sister restaurants in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, set in a riverside heritage dining quarter overlooking a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a lively, fashionable room with a terrace, a strong private dining and events offer, and VIP and corporate clientele, and the role comes with a tax-free package and visa sponsorship.

Reporting to the General Manager and deputising in their absence, the Restaurant Manager leads Floor Managers, Supervisors, Captains, Waiters, Hosts, Runners and Bussers. We are looking for a natural host with warmth, presence and polish, who leads from the floor, develops people into loyal, high-performing teams, and balances an exceptional guest experience with commercial results.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead daily front-of-house operations: service standards, opening/closing, cash control and end-of-day reporting, with a strong floor presence during service.
- Own the guest experience: feedback, online reviews, complaint resolution, reservations, waitlist management and VIP/regular engagement.
- Partner with the Head Chef on service pace, menu changes, specials and allergen communication.
- Recruit, train and develop the FOH team with the General Manager, building succession for supervisors; lead briefings, rotas, performance reviews, grooming and discipline in line with Saudi labour law.
- Deliver revenue, average spend and labour cost targets; drive upselling, promotions and monitor voids, discounts and cash variances.
- Maintain premises, equipment, operating supplies and presentation of the dining room, bar, terrace and entrance; manage breakages, wastage and maintenance follow-up.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, food hygiene, SFDA requirements, licensing, security and incident reporting.
- Represent and protect the brand in Riyadh, supporting events, private dining, marketing activations and seasonal campaigns.

## Requirements

- Minimum 6 years in front-of-house roles in premium or lifestyle restaurants, with at least 2 years as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
- Proven experience leading a front-of-house team of 20 or more in a high-volume, high-expectation venue with VIP and corporate clientele.
- GCC experience preferred; Saudi Arabia experience an advantage.
- Strong command of sequence of service, table management and reservations strategy.
- Confident with POS, reservations and rostering platforms, and competent with cash control and shift reporting.
- Working knowledge of labour cost management and operational reporting.
- Fluent English; Arabic an advantage.
- Food hygiene certification (for example HACCP Level 2 or 3) preferred.
- Strong food and beverage knowledge, with the ability to train and assess others.
- Calm and decisive under pressure, organised, detail-oriented, culturally aware and commercially minded.
- Must hold the right to work in Saudi Arabia, or be eligible to obtain it with the client's support.

## Benefits

- Salary: SAR 20,000 per month total package, tax-free, depending on experience.
- Performance bonus.
- Duty meal on shift.
- Uniform provided.
- Housing and transport allowances included, medical insurance, service charge eligibility, annual flight and visa sponsorship.
- Further benefits to be confirmed during the recruitment process.

This is a full-time, permanent position working six days per week, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required. The Restaurant Manager reports to the General Manager, with a target start date of 15 November 2026, so candidates available at short notice will be prioritised. The role is based in Riyadh. Candidates must hold the right to work in Saudi Arabia, or be eligible to obtain it; the client will sponsor the work visa for the successful applicant.

We appreciate your interest in this vacancy. Due to the high number of applications we receive, only candidates selected to move to the next stage of the recruitment process can be contacted. Radiant does not charge any fee to candidates; all costs are always covered by the client.
