**About the role**

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a **Technical Services Manager**  
**The role's main accountabilities will be the following:  
**

-   **Maintenance Management:** Plan, schedule, and supervise preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities for all production and packaging equipment.
-   **Critical Equipment Operations:** Ensure the continuous and proper operation of critical production and packaging equipment.
-   **Team Leadership & Contractor Management:** Lead, train, and evaluate the team of technical supervisors (mechanical and electrical engineers), while managing contracts with external contractors and suppliers.
-   **Project Management:** Oversee technical projects related to the upgrade or expansion of production and packaging lines.
-   **Procurement & Purchasing Oversight:** Coordinate and approve purchase requests for technical materials, spare parts, and consumables in collaboration with the Procurement Department.
-   **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP):** Ensure that all technical work, modifications, and repairs are strictly documented in accordance with GMP requirements and internal procedures. Participate in investigations of deviations, complaints, and the implementation of corrective actions during change control assessments.
-   **Health, Safety & Environment:** Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.

## Requirements

-   University degree (5-year integrated Master's or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
-   Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Department / Maintenance Department, with proven experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment (or alternatively in the food or cosmetics industry operating under strict cleanroom standards).
-   Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS or similar systems).
-   Proven managerial and leadership skills, including work planning, task assignment, and performance evaluation.
-   Effective communication skills across all levels of management, with demonstrated abilities in collaboration, negotiation, conflict resolution, and dispute management.
