**About the role**

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Serialization Officer** to support our team.  

**The role's main accountabilities will include:**

-   Manage serialization operations including product coding, aggregation, and data reporting.
-   Ensure compliance with serialization laws and regulations and customer requirements.
-   Coordinate with production, packaging, and IT teams to implement serialization solutions.
-   Maintain accurate records and perform regular audits of serialization data.
-   Lead troubleshooting and resolution of serialization-related issues.
-   Support labeling and packaging specifications, as well as the development and maintenance of internal procedures (SOPs).
-   Collaborate with external vendors and regulatory bodies regarding serialization matters.
-   Manage serial number processes, including uploads and verification in EMVS, and ensure alignment with export requirements and Qualified Person (QP) oversight.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
-   1-2 years’ experience in serialization within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
-   Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical serialization regulations and systems.
-   Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
-   Good communication and teamwork skills.
-   Proficient in MS Office and experience with ERP or serialization software.
-   Fluent in English.
