**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced **Operations Compliance Training Coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating training and qualification activities within Operations, ensuring compliance with GMP requirements, maintaining inspection readiness, and supporting the continuous development of our people through effective training programs and systems.**  
  
Key Responsibilities  
**

-   Coordinate and maintain the Operations training matrix, ensuring timely assignment, completion, and tracking of all training activities.
-   Support onboarding, qualification, and role-based training programs for Operations employees.
-   Monitor training compliance, qualification status, KPIs, and overdue training, escalating gaps when required.
-   Ensure training requirements resulting from SOP revisions, deviations, CAPAs, and Change Controls are effectively implemented.
-   Support GMP compliance and regulatory inspection readiness by ensuring training records and qualification activities meet applicable regulatory requirements.
-   Organize GMP, Quality Culture, Data Integrity, and Operations-specific technical training programs in collaboration with QA and Human Resources.
-   Support the implementation and continuous improvement of Learning Management System (LMS) processes and digital training initiatives.
-   Act as the Operations representative in projects related to the digitalization of training and qualification systems.
-   Collaborate with HR Operations, Quality Assurance, and cross-functional teams to align corporate learning initiatives with regulatory and Operations training requirements.
-   Maintain accurate training documentation and ensure training records remain inspection-ready.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, or another Life Sciences discipline.
-   Minimum 2 years of experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality, compliance, or training.
-   Good knowledge of GMP requirements and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (sterile manufacturing experience will be considered an asset).
-   Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
-   Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
