You're equal parts strategist, storyteller, and problem solver. You see patterns others miss, ask smart questions, and turn research into ideas that move brands forward. You love data as much as creativity, thrive in a fast-paced agency, and know how to build trust with clients while inspiring great work.

### What You'll Do

-   Lead brand strategy engagements, including positioning, messaging, and brand identity development.
-   Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and project kickoffs that uncover meaningful insights.
-   Turn audience, competitor, market, and performance data into actionable recommendations.
-   Become an expert on each client's business, customers, and category.
-   Partner with Creative, Account, and New Business teams to shape campaigns from concept through execution.
-   Build strategy presentations and confidently lead client conversations.
-   Support Organic Growth by identifying opportunities and presenting strategic recommendations.
-   Help tell the story behind the work by crafting compelling rationale for creative presentations.
-   Partner with our research team to continuously explore trends, emerging platforms, and cultural shifts to keep our clients ahead of what's next, and to dig deeper into key insights to identify white space opportunities and create compelling brand narratives
-   Prepare research briefs for the research team, identifying key strategic questions and hypotheses for each project.

### Client Leadership

-   Be a trusted strategic partner who builds lasting client relationships.
-   Create alignment between clients and creative teams through clear communication and thoughtful leadership.
-   Partner with Account Managers to shape creative direction and long-term brand strategy.
-   Champion ideas that solve business problems while elevating creative excellence.

## Requirements

### What You'll Bring

-   8-10 years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, or a similar agency role.
-   Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
-   The ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, compelling stories.
-   Confidence leading clients through strategic conversations with curiosity and credibility.
-   Experience writing creative briefs and guiding multidisciplinary creative teams.
-   Strong understanding of brand strategy, messaging, consumer insights, and creative development.
-   Familiarity with Meta, Google Analytics, content strategy, and performance marketing.
-   Experience with ClickUp, Google Workspace, Dropbox, or similar collaboration tools.
-   Highly organized, adaptable, and energized by solving new challenges.
-   Agency experience is strongly preferred.
-   Must live in the United States

## Benefits

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

-   $4,000 - 4500 per pay period
