## Description

Main job responsibilities and daily tasks - 

-   Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance and facility operations activities.
-   Manage technicians, helpers, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.
-   Allocate manpower and assign maintenance tasks based on priorities and work schedules.
-   Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance works for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, and other building systems.
-   Ensure all works are carried out according to safety standards, company policies, and client requirements.
-   Conduct regular inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
-   Report maintenance issues, breakdowns, and material requirements to the Facility Supervisor.
-   Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools, equipment, and materials.
-   Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for repair and maintenance activities.
-   Maintain daily work records, job completion reports, and attendance of staff.
-   Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and client complaints.
-   Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness standards are maintained within the facility.
-   Support AMC works, inspections, and compliance-related activities.
-   Train and guide technicians and workers on proper work procedures and safety practices.
-   Follow up on spare parts availability and material requests for ongoing works.

## Requirements

Required qualifications or certifications  

-   Diploma or equivalent

Experience in the same field 

-   3 to 5 years 

Knowledge of specific systems   

-   Facility management - Maintenance 

Availability to join - 

-   At the earliest
