## Description

The **Rallye Motor Company**, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an opportunity for an **Internal Used/CPO Car Service Advisor with Rallye BMW**! The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position with an outstanding team, who is able to influence the volume of the service business and plays a key role in ensuring a seamless and personalized automotive experience. Must be an energetic, reliable, motivated individual with BMW/German Vehicle Advisor experience strongly preferred.

**Responsibilities for this position include:**

-   Generate and manage internal repair orders (ROs) for all incoming used/CPO BMW vehicles.
-   Ensure all BMW pre-delivery inspections (PDIs), manufacturer-required services, and recalls are completed accurately and on schedule.
-   Coordinate with the sales team to meet expected delivery timelines for sold vehicles.
-   Communicate with technicians and the parts department to ensure parts availability and timely completion of service tasks.
-   Verify that all vehicle systems, software, and accessories are functioning correctly before delivery.
-   Maintain detailed documentation and records for compliance with BMW factory guidelines and warranty requirements.
-   Schedule vehicle transport to detail and accessory installation vendors, if needed.
-   Conduct final quality control checks on vehicles prior to delivery.
-   Support the inventory team with lot management by ensuring Used/CPO units are properly fueled, cleaned, and moved to the front line / showroom / loaner service.

**PAY RANGE: $80,000 - $90,000 (Salary + Commission)**

## Requirements

-   **German Car Brand/BMW Service Advisor Experience Preferred.**
-   Valid Driver's License.
-   Excellent customer service skills.
-   Working knowledge or trainable in automotive retail center computer systems (CDK computer system preferred).
-   Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills.
-   Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
-   Professional personal appearance.
