### **About the Program**

Rapsodo's Graduate Program is part of the Singapore Global Executive Program (SGE)P), in partnership with Enterprise Singapore.

The program offers hands-on experience, meaningful responsibilities and development opportunities to help you build your capabilities in a global sports technology business. Through your role, projects and cross-functional exposure, you will gain an understanding of how our products are developed, scaled and brought to market end-to-end.

Your responsibilities and development opportunities will be shaped by your role, strengths and business needs.

## Requirements

### **Who We are Looking For**

-   A recent graduate or early career talent with less than 3 years of full time working experience
-   Curious and proactive, with a willingness to learn beyond your immediate area of expertise
-   Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting to change and working through unfamiliar challenges
-   Able to think critically, solve problems and communicate ideas clearly
-   Collaborative and open to feedback, with an interest in working across teams and cultures
-   Interested in sports, technology or building products that help people improve their performance.
