We are looking for an experienced CNC lead programmer/ setter / operator to join our team. At Rayburn we are a fast paced machine shop manufacturing parts for industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, and Power generation.

We manufacture Components from a vast range of materials from soft plastics through to hard steels.

CNC Machines at Rayburn:

-   HAAS UMC500 with 10 station pallet pool
-   HAAS UMC400 with Cobot

-   HAAS VF4SS X3
-   HAAS Super Mini Mill

-   HAAS Tool Room Miller x2

-    Fanuc Robo Drills x5
-   Bridgeport milling machines x3

-   AXYZ Router X 2

CNC Lathes at Rayburn:

-     Mazak QT 250 MS with bar feed

-     Mazak QT 250 MY with bar feed

CNC CMM:

-       Aberlink Axiom too

## Requirements

The right candidate for the position will need the following skills.

-   Experience in programming, setting and operating a HAAS 5 axis CNC machine.

-   Full understanding of complex work holding and jig fixture design

-    Experienced CAM programmer using SolidCAM

-   Experienced in CAD using Solidworks

-   Machining experience in a variety of materials.
