The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own large enterprise software deployments from first discovery and process design through launch and ongoing account health. Act as the senior point of contact for several concurrent accounts, turning detailed operational processes into technical configurations with engineering partners. Travel periodically to customer sites for key project milestones.
