Our client is an AI software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own customer AI-agent implementations with a balance of roughly 70% backend engineering and 30% customer-facing work.

What you'll do

\- Scope and deliver customer projects from architecture through production deployment.

\- Build backend agent systems in Python.

\- Translate operational requirements into reliable automated workflows.

\- Deploy and maintain solutions on a major cloud platform.

\- Guide enterprise stakeholders through implementation and explain technical tradeoffs.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 4 to 7 years as a customer-facing software engineer or forward deployed engineer.

\- Strong Python and production backend application experience.

\- Experience shipping AI or LLM-based applications into business environments.

\- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

\- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.

\- Ability to own projects end to end and communicate clearly with non-technical clients.

Bonus points

\- A mix of startup and larger enterprise engineering experience.
