Our team reviews applications every day. Strong fits are invited to a short AI interview: 15 minutes on Google Meet about your background and what you want next. It is recorded, so you only tell your story once. From there, our recruiters put you forward to the teams you fit, prepare you for each interview and help you through the offer.  
  
Free for candidates. The company that hires you pays our fee.
