Our client is a software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Work hands-on with business teams at partner organizations to design, build and launch AI-driven software in live operations. Own delivery from discovery through handoff, act as the main technical contact for senior business stakeholders, and turn lessons learned into repeatable practices.

What you'll do

\- Embed with partner businesses to learn how they operate and pinpoint the few workflows where automation will have the most impact.

\- Build integrations, prompts, evaluation tooling and user interfaces to launch the first automated workflow at each site.

\- Run and tune deployed systems after launch, adjusting levels of autonomy and handing off to operations teams once stable.

\- Act as the technical point of contact for business leaders, building trust and setting clear expectations.

\- Capture learnings and turn them into reusable playbooks that speed up future deployments.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 3 to 6 years of experience.

\- Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript or Python, React and SQL, with the ability to own delivery end-to-end independently.

\- Experience shipping production LLM or agent-based software to external users, including evaluation, controlled autonomy and outcome tracking.

\- Comfort using modern AI development tools and agents to automate manual work.

\- Prior embedded, customer-facing or solutions engineering experience.

\- Strong tenure at a recognizable early-stage or high-growth startup.

\- Business instincts: able to read a P&L and translate ambiguous business problems into scoped technical solutions.

\- Strong executive presence and polished communication with senior business leaders.

\- Willingness to travel on-site 2 to 3 days per week.

\- A technical degree from a top university for candidates with under 2 years of experience.

Bonus points

\- Programming experience in Go and TypeScript.

\- Exposure to private equity, consulting or vertical software operating environments.

\- Background as a founder or founding engineer.

\- Big Tech experience, particularly for new graduates.
