The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build and lead a new operations team from scratch, taking responsibility for service delivery once customer rollouts are complete. The role blends people management, safety and quality oversight, and hands-on coordination at customer sites, and it suits someone who enjoys creating structure where none exists. Substantial travel is part of the job.
