Our client is a fast-growing technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Design and deliver software features powered by large language models, working across the full stack with a high degree of independence. The work focuses on automating document-heavy and data-heavy processes for non-technical business users, with security and compliance treated as first-order concerns.

What you'll do

\- Own software features from design through release, getting them in front of live users quickly after joining.

\- Build LLM-driven workflows, search capabilities and document-drafting tools for business teams.

\- Connect fragmented legacy data sources and spreadsheets into a single, modern platform.

\- Design reusable, scalable platform components rather than one-off fixes.

\- Use modern AI coding and LLM tools daily to move fast while protecting security and trust.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- A couple of years of hands-on experience delivering production software.

\- Strong full-stack engineering skills, including Python.

\- Practical familiarity with LLMs, AI tools and agentic workflows, used regularly in your own work.

\- A security- and compliance-first mindset when handling sensitive, regulated data.

\- Experience releasing software to customers where reliability, security and compliance matter greatly.

\- Background at a high-growth startup or a leading technology company.

\- Ability to work independently and own work end to end with little oversight.

\- Familiarity with GPU and CPU compute.

\- A strong undergraduate academic background, ideally in a STEM field.

\- Based in or able to commute to the office location, and a resident of CA, NY or NJ.
