Our client is a software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Serve as executive sponsor for a portfolio of large enterprise customer accounts, owning renewals, expansion and the overall health of each relationship. Set the long-term approach for complex commercial discussions and high-level escalations, and help shape how the account management function grows. Work across account, implementation, support and engineering teams to keep customer outcomes on track and bring customer insight back into product planning.

What you'll do

\- Act as executive sponsor for the most strategic accounts and own the relationship at senior levels.

\- Track retention, expansion and account health across your book of business.

\- Lead high-level escalations to fast, effective resolution that protects long-term account health.

\- Define the long-term approach to renewals, expansion and complex commercial negotiations.

\- Synthesize insights from across the customer base to inform product direction and roadmap priorities.

\- Coordinate closely with account management, implementation, support and machine learning teams on customer results.

\- Model strong ownership and reinforce the team norms that guide how customers are served.

\- Help set the pace, priorities and strategy of the account management function as it scales.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- Background running sizeable corporate clients across several business units, with senior-level relationships with decision makers and experience guiding major software deployments.

\- Track record of managing accounts with hundreds of thousands of dollars in annual recurring revenue across a book of 10 to 30 accounts.

\- Ability to connect technical complexity with business strategy and translate technical needs into commercial outcomes.

Bonus points

\- Experience in industrial software or other technical industries such as manufacturing.
