Our client is a fast-growing law firm.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Assist attorneys with commercial contracts from first intake through signature for a varied client base. The work centers on drafting changes to agreements, refining internal workflows, and partnering with lawyers, project managers and engineers in a fully remote setting.

What you'll do

\- Review, redline and manage commercial agreements such as NDAs, SaaS agreements and data processing agreements under attorney supervision.

\- Support each contract through its full lifecycle, from initial intake to execution.

\- Handle healthcare-related agreements and confirm that privacy and compliance provisions are addressed.

\- Improve internal processes, documentation and handoffs to raise efficiency and quality.

\- Coordinate day-to-day with attorneys, project managers and engineers to give clients responsive support.

\- Keep contract workflows moving so attorneys can take on more work.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- Practical experience proposing edits and revisions to commercial agreements, beyond purely administrative contract handling.

\- Background in technology transactions at a large law firm, or commercial experience in an in-house legal team.

\- Experience in the healthcare sector, including business associate agreements and HIPAA-related provisions.

\- Exposure to a broad mix of industries rather than a single client or sector.

\- Roughly 4 to 20 years of relevant experience.

\- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.

\- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

\- Motivation to help build a young organization and modernize how legal work gets done.

\- Clear, straightforward account of your work history.

Bonus points

\- Experience taking part in or leading the adoption of AI tools in a legal setting.
