\- Give clients practical, forward-looking guidance on keeping their workforce practices compliant wherever employees are located.

\- Own a book of clients and build direct, trusted relationships with them.

\- Pursue enforcement of post-employment restrictions and run or supervise internal workplace inquiries.

\- Handle responses to complaints brought by government employment agencies.

\- Coach junior attorneys and help with business development and work that spans practice areas.

\- A track record of preparing and negotiating workplace paperwork such as post-employment restrictions, separation terms and policy manuals.

\- Solid grounding in national and state-level workplace regulation.

\- Comfort managing clients independently with limited partner supervision.

\- A willingness and ability to guide less experienced lawyers.

\- Residence in Austin or Dallas, TX, with Austin preferred.
