The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Serve as the sole administrator of a financial planning system that supports budgeting, forecasting and modeling, while introducing automation and AI tooling to replace manual finance routines. The position is a hands-on individual contributor seat within the finance function, with frequent exposure to senior executives.

What you'll do

\- Administer the planning platform as system owner, covering data feeds, hierarchies, models and reporting outputs.

\- Translate financial models into clear stories for senior leaders, and convert business requests into planning tool configuration.

\- Create and roll out AI-driven agents and automations that streamline repetitive finance work.

\- Run the budgeting cycle, forecasts and variance reviews across business segment P&Ls.

\- Collaborate with Accounting, IT and finance peers to keep data accurate and coach business users on the platform.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- Around 5 years in financial planning and analysis or strategic finance, with practical experience in budgets, forecasts and variance reviews.

\- At least 2 years as the owner or administrator of an enterprise planning platform, including hierarchy design, integrations and model building, rather than only as an end user.

\- A track record of shipping an AI agent or workflow automation that colleagues use regularly.

\- Familiarity with SAP or a similar ERP in a finance context, including pulling actuals and reconciling cost centers.

\- Comfort walking executive-level finance leaders and investors through your analysis.

\- Willingness to relocate for this on-site role and travel on a quarterly basis.
