About the company

Our client is an enterprise AI infrastructure startup developing software to run and manage agents. A small team is building the platform with close input from customers.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Join as a Founding Member of Technical Staff and help define the core platform. You will own technical problems with substantial autonomy and combine infrastructure judgment with product thinking.

What you'll do

\- Take engineering problems from initial design through production release.

\- Build evaluations, observability, sandboxing, and agent harnesses.

\- Improve agent performance and reliability on enterprise data.

\- Use customer needs and product gaps to prioritize engineering work.

\- Collaborate on product delivery and assist customer deployments when needed.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 2 to 5 years of full-stack or backend engineering experience.

\- Experience shipping products independently in startup or zero-to-one settings.

\- Strong system design fundamentals and Python plus TypeScript/Next.js skills.

\- Deep understanding of agent architectures, evaluations, sandboxing, and observability.

\- A technical degree and ability to make infrastructure decisions independently.

\- Product judgment and willingness to work with customers and across functions.

Bonus points

\- Professional experience with agent infrastructure or LLM products.

\- Founder or co-founder experience.
