Our client is a healthcare technology startup developing AI-powered software for medical practices. Its engineering team owns both product decisions and implementation.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Join as a Senior Software Engineer with ownership over complete product areas. The work is roughly split between writing code and defining product direction, including customer conversations and user-experience decisions.

What you'll do

\- Own product features from discovery and design through backend implementation and release.

\- Build and scale core backend systems.

\- Work directly with technical leadership on architecture and delivery.

\- Use AI development tools while taking responsibility for production quality.

\- Make product decisions and speak with customers without relying on a separate product manager.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 3 to 6 years of relevant software engineering experience.

\- Strong backend engineering and end-to-end systems ownership.

\- Hands-on experience with AI or LLM-powered product features.

\- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

\- Ability to combine coding with product definition and design judgment.

\- Comfort delivering independently in a fast-moving environment.

Bonus points

\- Startup experience.

\- Independent projects or side products with meaningful revenue.

## Benefits

Compensation and benefits

\- Base salary: USD 200,000 to 300,000 per year.

\- Equity: 0.75-1.25%.

\- A performance-based bonus may be available for top talent.

\- Five days per week onsite plus a sixth working day remotely on Saturday.
