The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Join a small engineering group as a hands-on generalist, designing and delivering developer-facing software across the whole stack. You will take ownership of your own area, exchange code reviews with colleagues and have a real voice in what gets built next.

What you'll do

\- Design, build and release new capabilities for developer-facing packages and services, mainly in TypeScript.

\- Emphasize reliable infrastructure and tooling that other engineers can adopt with little effort.

\- Take part in a short daily sync to prioritize defects and incoming customer asks, then move into heads-down work on your own area.

\- Partner with senior leadership to weigh customer suggestions and help set product direction.

\- Write and review code changes with teammates, keeping quality standards high.

\- Contribute to AI-driven workflows that support the platform.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 1 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience.

\- A track record of creating tooling for other developers, such as shared packages, interfaces or public code projects.

\- Outstanding TypeScript skills, demonstrated through professional work or personal projects.

\- Comfort working on both client-side and server-side code.

\- Ongoing hands-on coding outside of work, for example a personal project.

\- A degree in computer science or a related technical field such as electrical engineering or mathematics with programming.

\- If coming from a large technology company, evidence of initiative and resourcefulness; startup experience is valued.

\- Ability to work independently and stay effective amid ambiguity in a fast-moving setting.

\- Ability to work on-site five days a week.

\- Fluency in a second language or a demonstrated interest in languages.
