## Description

About the company

Our client is an early-stage software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Act as the hands-on engineer working directly with enterprise clients, building and delivering software solutions in their environments. Guide new rollouts from first conversations through launch, and pass practical insights back to the core engineering group. This is a chance to help define how deployments are done from the very beginning.

What you'll do

\- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing enterprise clients, partnering with their technical and operations teams to find and define new areas for automation.

\- Write and release software in client environments, extending the platform in ways that other clients can reuse.

\- Run new rollouts from initial discovery to launch and take responsibility for the results.

\- Travel to client sites for roughly 15 to 30% of the time, including some international trips, to work alongside the people using the product and build trust.

\- Share lessons from the field with the core engineering team so later rollouts are quicker and more dependable.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 1 to 5 years of experience as a full-stack engineer able to deliver production software independently in enterprise settings.

\- Time spent at a high-growth technology company, delivering software for large business clients.

\- Direct ownership of technical rollouts with real users, from requirements gathering through delivery.

\- A history of converting vague client needs into clear technical plans and getting them live.

\- Experience uncovering and pursuing additional opportunities within accounts you already support.

\- Strong analytical problem-solving, with a methodical approach to breaking down abstract challenges.

\- Working knowledge of APIs, SQL and Python or a similar language, and comfort making sense of untidy business data.

\- Clear communication and curiosity, asking good questions to understand a situation before proposing answers.

\- A computer science degree from a well-regarded university.

\- Willingness to travel internationally for around 15% of the time.

\- Based in San Francisco and able to work in the office five days a week.

Bonus points

\- Familiarity with manufacturing, industrial or logistics settings.
