The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build the recruiting and sourcing operation for a network of finance experts, owning conversion from outreach through activation.

What you'll do

\- Manage outbound sourcing, inbound campaigns, referrals, qualification, and activation.

\- Run multi-channel campaigns across professional networks, alumni groups, and campus communities.

\- Build sourcing automation and campaign tools independently.

\- Measure funnel conversion, retention, and sourcing performance.

\- Partner with project leads to plan expert coverage by domain and seniority.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 2 to 5 years in recruiting, sourcing, growth, or lead generation.

\- Direct high-volume experience recruiting finance professionals in investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or related fields.

\- Experience managing several sourcing channels and campaigns at scale.

\- Ability to select and configure sourcing and outreach tools independently.

\- Strong analytical skills and ownership of recruiting funnel metrics.

Bonus points

\- Finance or banking startup experience.

\- Marketing, recruiting copywriting, or content experience.

Compensation and benefits

\- Base salary: USD 150,000 to 200,000 per year.

\- Equity: 0.15-0.3%.

Location and work model
