The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Work as a forward deployed full-stack engineer translating customer research and data needs into usable software and platform improvements.

What you'll do

\- Adapt expert-created data to customer requirements.

\- Build short-cycle plugins and improvements to data-collection systems.

\- Create reinforcement-learning task samples and evaluation workflows.

\- Deliver customer dashboards, portals, and other interfaces.

\- Identify custom work that should become reusable platform capabilities.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 2 to 5 years of relevant software engineering experience.

\- Production delivery experience in a fast-moving startup or small technical team.

\- Strong TypeScript and Python skills across backend services, data pipelines, and interfaces.

\- Experience translating customer requests into working features and integrations.

\- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related STEM field.

Bonus points

\- Experience with evaluations, task design, or LLM-based scoring.

\- Experience building a company or independently delivering a product.

\- Base salary: USD 200,000 to 280,000 per year.
