Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Serve as the link between a software company's product and its users, combining legal judgment with hands-on AI tool skills. The role covers product demonstrations, trials, onboarding, training sessions and feeding customer insights back to the product team.

What you'll do

\- Run product demonstrations and trials alongside sales representatives, or lead onboarding and enablement for existing users.

\- Work with customer legal departments to map their processes and shape tailored AI-based solutions.

\- Write effective AI prompts and maintain a library of sample outputs across legal practice areas.

\- Teach training courses and present at industry events on adopting AI in legal work.

\- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team so the platform fits real legal workflows.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- Four or more years of practice as a lawyer, with at least two of those years spent inside a company's legal function.

\- Legal training at a law firm or large corporate legal department.

\- Law degree or formal legal education.

\- Expertise in at least one area of law.

\- Hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude in your daily work.

\- Comfort in customer-facing, consultative settings.

\- Openness and interest in enablement and course training.

\- Ability to work in person three days a week if living within 50 miles of the office, and willingness to travel about 25% of the time.

Bonus points

\- Legal consulting experience at a professional services firm.

\- Degree from a highly ranked law school.
