Our client is a fast-growing AI software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build core infrastructure and product features for a software platform, owning work from architecture through deployment while shaping technical direction and the product roadmap alongside company leadership. The role mixes deep engineering, product development and occasional customer-facing work.

What you'll do

\- Build the core runtime, backend services and distributed systems that power the product.

\- Design mock services and data stores that stand in for third-party tools and internal systems.

\- Create execution, verification, replay and debugging tooling for automated test runs.

\- Connect the product with agent frameworks, model providers and enterprise systems.

\- Work across backend, frontend and cloud infrastructure on a major public cloud provider.

\- Take features from initial design to production release.

\- Support enterprise customers directly when needed.

\- Help set the product roadmap and define how the engineering team grows.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- Broad generalist who works with high initiative and needs little direction.

\- Uses AI tools daily as part of regular work.

\- Strong product judgment with clear, well-argued opinions about what to build.

\- Track record of building software through side projects, open source contributions or shipped products.

\- Up to 5 years of experience, with no minimum required.
