Our client is an enterprise software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own post-sales technical implementations from discovery through go-live, coordinating customer relationships, integrations, configuration, and handoff.

What you'll do

\- Scope customer workflows and turn them into implementation plans.

\- Configure integrations, troubleshoot API data flows, and support data migrations.

\- Manage multiple simultaneous deployments through testing and launch.

\- Coordinate delivery with sales, customer success, product, and engineering.

\- Build reusable playbooks and onboarding templates.

\- Travel to customers for implementation work and relationship building.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 3 to 7 years in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or technical account management.

\- Ownership of complete post-sales SaaS implementations and customer relationships.

\- Experience managing concurrent deployments on complex or configuration-heavy products.

\- A technical undergraduate degree.

\- Ability to independently scope and troubleshoot APIs and data flows.

\- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus points

\- Data migration, SQL, or BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.

\- Technical product management or consulting experience with hands-on implementation delivery.

\- Base salary: USD 150,000 to 200,000 per year.
