Our client is a professional services company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Act as the day-to-day contact for a sizable portfolio of clients moving through a multi-step regulatory process. Keep each file progressing by working with clients, their employers, legal staff and colleagues across the business.

What you'll do

\- Own a large, varied caseload and decide each day which files need attention first.

\- Answer incoming client and employer messages, with the majority of your time spent on external communication.

\- Facilitate daily check-ins with legal and drafting colleagues, setting priorities and delegating work.

\- Chase down required documents from clients and internal partners so filing deadlines are met.

\- Plan your time carefully so effort goes to the actions that move the most files forward.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 3 to 8 years in employment-based immigration, working as a case manager, paralegal or global mobility professional.

\- Customer-facing experience handling 50 or more matters at once with excellent attention to detail.

\- Solid understanding of O-1 and EB-1A processes and how petitions progress overall.

\- A track record of working alongside attorneys on strategy and filings.

\- Warm, dependable communication that earns the trust of individuals and employers.

\- A self-directed mindset, able to triage a very large book of matters and act without prompting in a fast-paced setting.

\- Based in the US.

Bonus points

\- Background at an immigration technology company or in a startup setting.

\- In-house mobility experience with hands-on visa work for individual employees.

\- Comfort using AI tools and legal technology platforms.
