Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Take ownership of product direction and delivery for major areas of a technical software offering, partnering daily with engineers and domain experts. You will build the roadmap yourself, validate ideas early through prototypes and small experiments, and make trade-off decisions across several competing factors.

What you'll do

\- Lead product strategy and execution for one or more product areas, from finding the right problems to shipping production-quality solutions.

\- Turn customer needs and domain workflows into detailed specifications and reusable building blocks that engineers can develop against.

\- Partner with machine learning engineers and subject matter experts to define how automated agents behave and when they pass work to people.

\- Prototype concepts and run small experiments so users can react to something before an engineering sprint starts.

\- Decide priorities by weighing engineering effort, quality of model output, value to customers and commercial impact.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- Experience as a product manager at a high-growth B2B SaaS or AI startup.

\- A track record of launching technical B2B software or AI products.

\- Hands-on collaboration with engineers on a product with significant technical depth.

\- A STEM undergraduate degree, ideally in computer science from a top university.

\- Proficient coding ability, or power-user skill with AI coding tools.

\- At least one standout signal on your resume, such as a rigorous degree, a founded business, a successful personal project or a notable publication.

\- An average tenure of 1.5 years or more across past employers.

\- A first-principles approach, a builder mindset and intellectual curiosity.

Bonus points

\- Prior work on AI or agentic products.

\- Former founder, or very early product hire at a startup.
