The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Build backend infrastructure, data workflows, and AI products, combining engineering delivery with applied research and product definition.

What you'll do

\- Define and build new AI products alongside technical leadership.

\- Develop data gathering and analysis pipelines, including voice and analysis agents.

\- Improve model behavior through post-training work.

\- Research ways to simulate decision outcomes.

\- Own technical projects from problem framing through deployment.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 2 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience, or an exceptional portfolio of relevant work.

\- Strong backend or full-stack engineering skills.

\- Experience independently building and delivering complex systems.

\- Ability to work across engineering, product, and research in an early-stage environment.

\- Comfort with an intensive startup schedule.
