Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the full sales cycle for a software platform, from first conversations through closing, selling to leaders at companies in the public-sector contracting space. The role also involves delivering product demonstrations, handing new customers over for onboarding, and passing market feedback to product teams.

What you'll do

\- Manage the complete sales process, from initial discovery calls through to closed deals.

\- Develop deep product knowledge and deliver clear, persuasive software demonstrations.

\- Build relationships with senior decision-makers, including executives at mid-market firms and growth leaders at larger organizations.

\- Partner with the customer engagement team to onboard new accounts.

\- Relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams to inform the roadmap.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 2 to 5 years of experience as an Account Executive, or a strong track record in a closely related area.

\- Prior government contracting experience.

\- Experience selling to a range of audiences, such as CEOs, CTOs, CFOs and growth leaders.

\- Previous experience demonstrating a complex software product.

\- Experience selling a platform product with annual contract values of $50k+.

\- Curiosity and competence to quickly learn industry terminology and procurement processes.

\- US work authorization; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Bonus points

\- Military background.

\- Experience at government or defense companies, or exposure to the government procurement process.
