Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead customer onboarding projects from initial build through launch, mixing hands-on coding with frequent client interaction. Convert loosely defined business needs into working software and create reusable tooling that streamlines later rollouts. The seat carries high ownership and close contact with company leadership.

What you'll do

\- Create and maintain connections between the software platform and client systems.

\- Set up and launch automated AI agents tailored to each client, covering prompt design, workflows and data movement.

\- Write and deliver server-side solutions for individual customers.

\- Turn vague customer needs into clear technical specifications and working software at speed.

\- Develop reusable utilities that shorten and standardize future customer rollouts.

\- Stay the main point of contact for clients as their usage grows.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- Clear communication with customers and senior executives, able to explain technical work in plain terms, earn trust and guide decisions.

\- Solid software engineering background, including full stack JavaScript/TypeScript and server-side frameworks.

\- History of taking real products to production, whether at an early-stage company, through substantial side projects or by starting a business.

\- Ability to convert unclear or non-technical requests into precise, testable specifications.

\- Comfort owning a customer project from development to go-live with little support staff.

\- Hands-on prompt engineering experience.

\- Native-level English (US or Canada).

Bonus points

\- Previous work in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions or implementation engineering.

\- Production experience configuring LLM-driven workflows or AI agents.

\- Familiarity with fintech or another regulated financial domain.

\- Time spent at a young company where individuals carry significant responsibility.
