The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Partner closely with company founders as a hands-on generalist, running cross-functional initiatives and clearing blockers across the business. The work spans external relationships, agreements and regulatory readiness, research and writing, and early-stage commercial outreach. What you'll do \- Act as the founders' point of contact for client correspondence, agreement terms and legal follow-up. \- Lead security and compliance certification efforts, keeping documentation and processes on schedule. \- Research the market, draft strategy papers and conduct prospecting outreach. \- Be the public face of the business at industry events and in dealings with outside partners. \- Spot friction points early and resolve them across operations, finance and business development. ## Requirements What we're looking for \- 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting, finance or a fast-scaling young company, with a premier consulting or investment banking background valued. \- Comfort working in a quick-moving, rapidly growing environment where priorities shift often. \- An undergraduate degree from a highly selective university. \- Polished written and spoken English for professional settings. \- Capability in handling agreements, regulatory compliance and supplier relationships. \- A self-starting, disciplined mindset: you notice problems and fix them without needing direction. \- Living in the Bay Area or ready to move there to work from the office every day.
