Our client is a healthcare software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Act as a staff-level technical lead while writing and reviewing code, mentoring engineers, and delivering customer-facing AI products.

What you'll do

\- Own AI-powered features from product definition through release.

\- Build agent workflows and production language-model capabilities.

\- Mentor junior engineers and strengthen code review and delivery practices.

\- Work with product and customer teams on new product ideas.

\- Architect full-stack systems across interfaces, backend services, infrastructure, and data pipelines.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 8 to 15 years of relevant full-stack product engineering experience.

\- Experience acting as a technical lead and coordinating substantial engineering work.

\- Strong hands-on delivery across frontend and backend systems.

\- Recent production experience with LLM features or AI agents.

\- Ability to mentor engineers and improve engineering quality.

\- Experience working in a startup or small team and partnering across functions.

Bonus points

\- Production AI evaluations, observability, or multi-step agent pipelines.

\- Interest in life sciences or healthcare.

\- A computer science degree or equivalent engineering experience.
