Our client is a healthcare technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Act as the first marketing hire, taking charge of marketing planning and delivery in a fast-moving startup. Partner closely with company leadership to define how the business presents itself externally, create inbound demand and decide which channels reach business buyers. Expect to cover a broad mix of marketing disciplines.

What you'll do

\- Establish the company's external voice and visual identity from the ground up, partnering closely with the founders.

\- Plan and execute a lead generation approach, testing and choosing among channels such as account-based marketing, product marketing and paid media.

\- Run targeted account-based campaigns in coordination with the existing business development team.

\- Direct content production and manage outside creative vendors to deliver marketing assets, social posts and sales collateral.

\- Coordinate logistics for a busy events and conference calendar and seek out new event opportunities.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strategic outlook and good judgment about priorities.

\- Experience at early-stage startups handling several B2B marketing functions at once.

\- Ability to run channel experiments and prioritize based on results.

\- Comfort working independently, without close supervision or a ready-made playbook.

\- A brand-first approach and skill in turning product value into clear, persuasive messaging.

\- Ability to work on-site five days a week.

\- Background in sales or account-based marketing.

\- Experience in the healthcare industry.
