About the company

Our client is a seed-stage AI company building an AI finance platform for startups. The founding team has raised $10 million and is working with paying design partners ahead of its public launch.

The role / why it matters

As the Founding Growth Marketer, you will build the marketing function from zero and own how the company reaches startup buyers. You will work directly with the founder and receive support from an experienced growth advisor.

What you'll do

• Create and execute a multi-channel growth strategy from the ground up.

• Build awareness, positioning and demand for an AI finance platform.

• Develop partnerships with venture capital firms and accelerators.

• Launch campaigns, test channels and use data to improve conversion and pipeline.

• Establish marketing processes and help grow the function as the company scales.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

• 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience, including leadership of a growth or marketing function.

• Experience building a marketing function from zero at a B2B SaaS company.

• Ownership of multi-channel acquisition, awareness and measurable growth outcomes.

• Ability to work directly with founders and turn strategy into hands-on execution.

• A creative, analytical approach to reaching startup buyers.

Bonus points

• Experience with financial software or AI products.

• Relationships with startup ecosystems, venture firms or accelerators.

## Benefits

Compensation and benefits

• $300,000-$350,000 annual base salary.

• 0.8%-1% equity.

• Founding ownership of the growth function with experienced advisor support.

Location / work model

Full-time, onsite six days per week in San Francisco with flexible hours. Existing visa transfers and new sponsorship may be considered.
