The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Work directly with client leadership to understand how back-office teams operate, then turn those findings into clear requirements that a technical team can act on. The role suits someone with a background in finance, consulting or business operations who is comfortable presenting to senior executives and learning new technology on the job. No coding is required. What you'll do \- Facilitate workshops that document how operational work currently gets done, and interview stakeholders along the way. \- Review operational data to locate inefficiencies and define the scope of technical work. \- Present findings to senior executives and respond to their challenges. \- Contribute to deployments across several back-office departments inside large client organizations. \- Travel 20 to 40 percent of the time to client sites across the United States. ## Requirements What we're looking for \- Prior work in finance-oriented advisory, investing, consulting, business operations or at an early-stage technology company. \- Curiosity about AI and a willingness to learn it on the job. \- Comfort using current AI tools in everyday work. \- Ability to work on-site in San Francisco five days a week. \- Ability to travel frequently to client sites nationwide.
