Our client is a healthcare software startup developing operational tools for clinical leaders. Its product team works closely with health-system customers to define useful, practical software.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Own the customer-to-product process as Product Lead. You will connect market needs to engineering delivery, build prototypes yourself, and shape the full product surface.

What you'll do

\- Translate executive and frontline customer needs into shipped product.

\- Work with leadership and engineering on priorities and scope.

\- Build and test prototypes using design and AI-assisted development tools.

\- Own user-facing experiences, backend capabilities, and integrations.

\- Establish product analytics and measure business outcomes.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 5 to 10 years of relevant product management experience.

\- Health technology experience in an early-stage or pre-product-market-fit environment.

\- Experience as a sole or founding product manager with broad ownership.

\- Ability to build and demonstrate prototypes yourself.

\- Technical fluency in architecture, data models, and backend tradeoffs.

\- Strong customer communication, including with health-system executives.

Bonus points

\- SQL and product analytics instrumentation experience.

\- Experience turning ambiguous customer needs into measurable product outcomes.
