The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the design, build and release of features on a live software product, working closely with technical leadership. Most of the time goes to hands-on development, with the remainder spent alongside users to gather input and support deployment. This is an early, high-ownership position with wide scope. What you'll do \- Build and ship new full-stack features from zero to one on a production application. \- Take end-to-end ownership of new product lines, from initial scoping through rollout and measuring results. \- Visit customer sites to train users, collect input and help decide what to build next. \- Tackle demanding infrastructure challenges, including features that work without connectivity, low-latency data pipelines and highly configurable software. \- Define systems and processes as the company grows, without relying on assigned tickets or a fixed playbook. ## Requirements What we're looking for \- At least 3 years of professional full-stack development, delivering production software at a fast pace. \- A track record of engaging directly with the people who use your software, beyond internal stakeholders. \- Daily use of AI coding assistants as a central part of how you work. \- Clear, confident communication with non-technical audiences. \- Self-direction and comfort working through ambiguity without detailed instructions. \- Authorization to work in the US. \- Willingness to work in person in the office and travel to customer sites when needed.
