Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Take responsibility for delivering product features from specification through launch within an area defined by a more senior product manager. Work alongside engineers daily and collaborate with senior product and executive leaders. Suited to someone who has already shipped features with real independence.

What you'll do

\- Take ownership of product features from concept to release within an assigned area.

\- Write clear specifications and acceptance criteria that let engineers build without constant supervision.

\- Pair with an engineer every day to ship, refine and fix features.

\- Gather insight from conversations with customers, support requests and internal colleagues to shape priorities.

\- Monitor key measures to confirm that released work delivered its intended results.

\- Help the team keep pace with a growing roadmap of new launches.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 2 to 3 years of product management experience, or 1 to 2 years in product combined with a solid engineering or analytics foundation.

\- A history of independently owning features from specification to launch, beyond contributing a section of a requirements document under close senior direction.

\- Practical experience uncovering user needs through customer conversations, support data or usage metrics.

\- A reasoning style that breaks problems down to fundamentals, paired with real technical fluency.

\- Everyday use of AI tools for professional work and prototyping.

\- A bachelor's degree.

\- Ability to work on-site 5 days a week.

Bonus points

\- Experience building conversational or agent-based AI products, especially voice.

\- Background in fintech, financial services or another regulated industry.

\- Prior software engineering experience or a computer science degree.
