The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own and scale the programs that attract and onboard professionals into a large community, combining outbound sourcing, workflow automation and funnel analysis. Work closely with company leadership to run experiments, build repeatable systems and drive outreach at volume. This is a hands-on, self-directed generalist position suited to someone who takes initiative and works at a fast pace.

What you'll do

\- Build, refine and scale automated sourcing pipelines for recruiting professionals.

\- Use professional networking platforms to find and engage candidates from a wide range of industries.

\- Juggle multiple parallel hiring streams while keeping the flow of strong candidates steady.

\- Run experiments on funnel performance and keep what scales.

\- Recruit experienced specialists and operators into the community.

\- Set up outreach and automation tooling, including custom scripts, to support growth.

\- Drive brand awareness across multiple channels.

\- Partner directly with the founding team on strategy and execution.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 1 to 3 years of experience.

\- Background in talent networks, marketplaces or outbound sales.

\- Hands-on experience with sales and outreach automation tools.

\- Skill in funnel modeling and pipeline analytics.

\- Strong operational execution at high volume.

\- High agency, with the diligence, initiative and competitive drive to own work end to end.

\- Comfort with a demanding, fast-paced startup schedule.

\- US-based.
