The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Join as an early engineering hire who works side by side with customers to learn how they operate and then builds software to improve it. The balance leans heavily toward hands-on development, with the remainder spent in direct customer conversations. You will partner closely with senior leadership to turn real-world needs into working product.
