Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Take responsibility for customer-facing product work across the full stack, deciding what to build and delivering it to production. Gather feedback directly from users and keep a high standard for interface quality and code health.

What you'll do

\- Carry features from a loosely defined problem through to a live release, covering frontend and backend work as needed.

\- Speak with customers directly, join calls and review user sessions to understand their pain points.

\- Make product decisions as well as implementation decisions, often as the main person thinking through a given flow.

\- Maintain a high standard of craft so the interface feels thoughtful and cohesive.

\- Keep the codebase clean and approachable for engineers who join later.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React, plus Node, with comfort working across frontend and backend.

\- A degree in computer science, ideally from a highly ranked institution.

\- Proven ability to drive a feature independently from concept to production, without detailed specifications from others.

\- Experience at a company known for a rigorous engineering standard.

\- Demonstrated product and UI craft, with work that shows a well-considered interface.

\- Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools.

\- Experience at a growth-stage startup.

Bonus points

\- Previous startup founder experience, alongside strong company and educational background.

\- Experience in e-commerce.
