Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Act as the technical owner for customer rollouts of a software product, from initial scoping through launch and ongoing refinement. Build integrations, configure tailored workflows, and work with product and sales colleagues while bringing lessons from the field back to engineering.

What you'll do

\- Own each implementation from technical scoping through go-live and post-launch support.

\- Build custom integrations with complex third-party systems.

\- Design configurable workflows that fit each customer's operational needs.

\- Troubleshoot difficult integration problems across telephony, records, scheduling and engagement systems.

\- Create tooling and automation that make future implementations faster and more reliable.

\- Refine live system behavior by analyzing production metrics and customer input.

\- Partner with product engineering to share field insights and influence platform direction.

\- Support sales by scoping technical requirements and demonstrating capabilities to prospects.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- A track record of delivering live integrations that connect several external systems via APIs.

\- Background as a software engineer, either now in a forward deployed, solutions or implementation role, or continuing as a fullstack or backend engineer.

\- Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

\- Professional Python proficiency in production codebases, beyond scripting.

\- Willingness to travel occasionally within the US for customer implementations.

Bonus points

\- Experience at a high-growth startup with a strong forward deployed culture.

\- Exposure to healthcare systems or enterprise implementations.

\- Degree from a top computer science program.
