Our client is a construction technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Own a regional sales territory, building a project-based pipeline and growing accounts through direct relationships with construction teams.

What you'll do

\- Prospect and create pipeline with general contractors in Queensland.

\- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through closing.

\- Use initial project wins to expand relationships and additional sites.

\- Visit construction sites and industry events to build customer relationships.

\- Coordinate with a distributed regional sales team on shared opportunities.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 4 to 6 years of sales experience, including at least 1 to 2 years selling into construction or adjacent markets.

\- Experience self-sourcing pipeline and managing a complete sales cycle.

\- Experience with project-based deals and consistent quota attainment.

\- Ability to engage both site teams and senior decision-makers.

\- Prior remote or distributed work experience and current Brisbane residence.

Bonus points

\- An established Australian construction network.

\- HubSpot or comparable CRM experience.

## Benefits

Compensation and benefits

\- Base salary: AUD 110,000 to 130,000 per year.

\- Equity: Competitive equity.

\- On-target earnings: AUD 220,000 to AUD 260,000, with a 50% base and 50% variable split.

\- Exceptional candidates may be considered up to AUD 140,000 base and AUD 280,000 on-target earnings.

Location and work model

\- Remote from Brisbane, Queensland, with no local office. Construction-site visits across Queensland and periodic travel to Sydney are required.
