The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Build distributed backend systems for real-time detection, taking ownership of ingestion, analysis, and production infrastructure.

What you'll do

\- Develop real-time signal ingestion and detection systems.

\- Design infrastructure for significant growth in volume.

\- Integrate machine learning and AI capabilities into production applications.

\- Improve engineering architecture and implementation patterns.

\- Own system design and delivery in close collaboration with technical leadership.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 2 to 4 years of backend or distributed systems engineering experience.

\- Experience building data-intensive systems, ingestion pipelines, or distributed processing.

\- End-to-end ownership of systems in a startup environment.

\- A computer science degree and strong database and distributed-systems knowledge.

\- Ability to scope, design, and ship technical work independently.

Bonus points

\- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go, Rust, Java, or C++.

\- Background in quantitative or large-scale infrastructure engineering.
