The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Design and ship software and data systems that support a revenue organization, working across the stack and partnering closely with non-engineering colleagues. The role is highly autonomous and suits someone who enjoys taking an idea from nothing to a working product.

What you'll do

\- Create data pipelines that consolidate scattered, inconsistent information into qualified prospect lists for sales colleagues.

\- Deliver software for the sales team covering automated outreach, assignment of leads, multi-step contact cadences and tools for managing active deals.

\- Apply AI and language models to unstructured sources such as documents, call recordings and older systems to surface useful signals.

\- Develop background automations and agents that extend what the sales team can accomplish.

\- Collaborate directly with sales colleagues to understand their needs and shape solutions from zero to one.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.

\- Proficiency in TypeScript and Postgres.

\- A track record of taking full responsibility for features or services from design through delivery.

\- Prior work at an early-stage startup.

\- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a U.S. school.

\- Clear communication with non-engineers, including sales colleagues and customers.

\- Strong product instincts and the ability to tackle growth problems creatively without dedicated product management support.

\- A GitHub profile, personal website or portfolio to share.

Bonus points

\- Background creating tooling or AI-driven automation for go-to-market teams.

\- Familiarity with common sales and marketing software.

\- Strong academic record.

\- Experience at a marketplace company.
